Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annual Programs
These programs include outside and inside applications, as well as complete home inspections. Our programs include sealing of entry points to reduce and eliminate (rodents/insects) from entering the home. All of our visits are with the customer and scheduled ahead of time with the customer. The customer will also receive the same technician for each service. WE DO NOT REQUIRE A YEAR CONTRACT!

One-Time Treatments
This includes inside/outside application designed for those that have an insect problem, but don’t wish to go on a service plan. We treat the entire home in order to ensure that your problem is solved. These treatments have guaranteed lengths depending on the individual insect/rodent that we are treating. Some clients may choose a one-time treatment to see if they want to continue future applications with our company.

Seasonal Treatments
Only have problems with insects in spring and fall no problem, we have our seasonal package which includes just those two treatments!

Attic Insulation Removal
In keeping with our green approach we offer complete attic insulation removal as well as sanitation services. Many of our customers have had animals in there attics such as raccoons, mice, squirrels, and bats. These animals have created a potential health hazard and their droppings need to be dealt with. We not only remove the contaminated insulation, but we clean and disinfect the entire attic, once the insulation is removed. We also remove basement insulation and can install new insulation after the area has been sanitized and the droppings removed.

Humane Animal Removal

Odor Control
Animals can create odor in your home in many ways. Some types of odors can occur from animals dying in the walls or attic of your home. Other odors can come from a friendly skunk spraying under the deck or even the dog. Still other odors can exist from animal droppings or even just from animals living in your attic. Whatever the type of odor we can use our deodorizer to neutralize the smell.

Spot-Treatments
These deal with certain types of insects such as ants under the kitchen sink. Your whole home may not need to be treated, thus we can come and do a spot treatment to take care of your ant colony.
